TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Need not be present to win. Winners will be selected by random drawing on Saturday, June 9, 2018, at about 11am Central at Holland Lodge No. 1, 4911 Montrose Blvd, Houston, TX 77006 (subject to change as may be necessary).
Tickets and payments must be received by Holland Lodge No. 1 by Friday, June 8, 2018.
Winners must take possession of prizes by August 31, 2018, or forfeit prize.
Must be at least 21 years old to win.
Tickets and prizes are not transferable. Only the person named on the
ticket may claim the prize.
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email provided on ticket stub if possible, so entrants should write legibly. Entrants are solely responsible to contact Holland Lodge No. 1 if not notified, to claim
their prize. Winners are a only eligible for the item drawn. Items may be drawn in any order. Winning tickets are not eligible to be drawn for any other items.
Members of Holland Lodge No. 1 and their families are eligible to win, if they meet the other requirements.
Winner must satisfy all applicable laws, including, without limitation, all requirements of the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, to purchase, take possession of, and own the firearm prize in the State of Texas. Entrant is solely responsible to determine this. Entrants agree to provide all personal information that may be required in order to receive a firearm prize. Any winner who does not satisfy all such applicable laws will forfeit the designated prize.
Winners must go to the federally licensed gun dealer (FFL) designated by Holland Lodge No. 1 to complete all required documentation and approvals and receive prize.
Winners indemnify and hold harmless Holland Lodge No. 1, it members and officers, from and against any claims arising from possession of any prize by winner.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees.
All proceeds of raffles ticket sales must be spent for the charitable purpose of Holland Lodge No. 1. Holland Lodge No. 1 makes no representation as the any tax deductibility of the cost of tickets to entrants.
Only members of Holland Lodge No. 1 are authorized to sell raffle tickets. Tickets may not be sold statewide. Sales in Texas only. No online sales.
